Tragedy struck Tangier on Monday when a horrific traffic accident claimed the life of a young female teacher on the bustling “Playa” corniche, specifically in the “Arena” area.
The unfortunate victim, a 33-year-old woman hailing from Oujda, was a primary school teacher, working in Tangier.
Eyewitness reports suggest that the accident occurred while the victim was crossing the road. A speeding white Range Rover, seemingly ignoring the pedestrian, rammed into her with brutal force, leading to devastating consequences. The powerful impact resulted in serious injuries to her head and spine, proving fatal.
Reacting to the heartening news, local authorities and police personnel were dispatched to the accident scene, but it was too late for the victim.
The killer fled the scene and remains at large.
The body of the deceased was transported to the morgue of a local Hospital. In a simultaneous development, a manhunt has been initiated to identify and locate the driver responsible for this incident.
