Royal Army Intercepts 52 Migrants Near Dakhla

Yesterday, elements of the Royal Armed Forces responsible for monitoring the coast intercepted a drifting boat 170 km south of the city of Dakhla, carrying 52 candidates for illegal migration from sub-Saharan African countries.

The General Command of the Royal Armed Forces indicated that these irregular migrants, who were planning to head to the Canary Islands, received initial medical care before being handed over to the Royal Gendarmerie for further administrative procedures.
