Algeria’s president Abdelaziz Bouteflika was seen casting his ballot from a wheelchair this morning.
According to France24, Bouteflika made no statement neither before or after casting his ballot.
The event took place in the Bachir El Ibrahimi school in Algeria’s capital Algiers.
Bouteflika is largely expected “to win” and to “rule” Algeria for a fourth term, unless God decides otherwise.
