According to le 360.ma, the Night of Destiny, known to Moroccans as “Lailat al Qadr”, was a particularly busy night in the surrounding areas of the Ain Diab neighborhood of Casablanca, especially after that the local authorities arrested more than 100 people for different charges.
According to said source, the authorities raided, in the early hours of Friday, some night clubs located on the Corniche of Ain Diab and arrested some drug dealers as well as around 100 prostitutes.
The prostitutes in question were charged with “incitement to debauchery and prostitution” while the drug dealers, which some of them were subject to a prior police search on the national level, were charged with “possession of Marijuana and other hard drugs.”
