As reported by SidiKacem24, a Sidi Kacem based online outlet, acts of violence erupted between Socialist Union of Popular Forces party (USFP) youth following a spat that started after a heated discussion over which faction of the party is eligible for the leadership of the federal union of democracy (lead by Abderrahmane el Azzouzi). More precisely, the spat occurred between the pro-Lachgar faction and the Zaidi one.
The video underneath features bloody clashes where some elements of the USFP used sticks and iron rods to attack other members.
Stones were also thrown at each other, without mentioning the heavy exchange of insults that the one could hear when watching the video.
