Italian media outlets said Italy’s supreme court upheld a “two-year ban from public office” against former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi who had filed an appeal with the country’s top court.
It is worth pointing out that this ban was imposed as result of Berlusconi’s tax fraud conviction.
This ban will block Berlusconi from running in elections.
