Google is making its mailing service more secure. The company stated Thursday that all messages will be sent through an encrypted HTTPS connection that will prevent all interceptors. Although Google uses HTTPS by default since 2010, it has made it the only option.
This action is now deemed of crucial importance after the NSA spying scandals and the rise of users’ concern regarding their personal data and sent messages.
