Longreach Oil & Gas spuds in Morocco, initial results in 2 to 3 months

Canadian listed oil and Gas company Longreach has spudded (initial drill) a well at the Sidi Moktar exploration licence area, Morocco.

Longreach plans to drill The Kamar-1 Well up to 3500 metres, It  will take around  70 days to reach the bottom and initial results are expected to be divulged in 2 to 3 months.

It is worth pointing out that Longreach holds a 50% operatorship interest in the sidi moKtar block-block.

The other 50% goes to Maghreb Petroleum Exploration and Moroccan state energy company ONYHUM, with each each holding a 25% interest.
