The African Ports Club “Crans Montana Forum” attributed the “Best Port of the Year” label to the Moroccan port Tanger-Med, while the Casablanca Port got awarded the “Best regional Seaport” in Africa.
The “Choosing of the two ports” is motivated by their “commitment to excellence, leadership, reliability, quality of service, innovation and customer relationships”, according to the strategic committee of the African Ports Club. It is also a just reward for the Moroccan efforts in the development and implementation of “revolutionary maritime infrastructure”, said the same committee.
