Farah Chamma, the young Palestinian poet, has finally received her entry visa to Moroccan territory, after it was denied twice.
This will allow Farah to participate in an event organised by the club EGE For Politics on Saturday at the School of Governance and Economics in Rabat. She will also participate in a show at Boultek, a Music center, in Casablanca on Sunday.
The young poet’s visa application process was ignored at first. However, a petition that supported Farah’s entry to the country, which was signed by around 800 individuals in less than 24 hours, pushed both the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to intervene in the matter.
