After the outrageous trial of the 9-month-old infant accused of attempted murder, a Pakistani judge dismissed the case that raised many concerns about the Pakistan’s troubled criminal justice system.
Judge Rafaqat Ali Qamar dropped the charges during a hearing in which the Pakistani police declared that they would no longer pursue the charges.
The same judge has also demanded a written explanation from the police regarding the improper investigation during the case.
