The Moroccan state continues its “withdrawal” from “La Banque Centrale Populaire” (BCP).

L’Economiste reported that the stake held by the Moroccan state should be transferred to “La Banque populaire égionale” (PPR).

BPR is expected to conclude the acquisition of the 6% remaining shares held by the State pretty soon.

The course of the “Banque Populaire” in the Casablanca Stock Exchange has been suspended, which supports the the claims.
