Hundreds of people gathered outside the Israeli embassy in London to show their outrage at Israel’s attacks on the besieged Gaza Strip.

The protesters, holding banners and Palestinian flags, called for an end to the Israeli massacre of the people in Gaza, Islam Times reported.

“We have been out here week in, week out for the last month. People tend to say to us, you know, protest doesn’t make a difference. We are here to say that protest does make a difference,” a protester said.

“We see that British politicians are coming out. I’m not talking about politicians who are constantly here with us, in solidarity with us. I’m talking about politicians like (British Prime Minister) David Cameron himself. Now, he is changing his tone slightly. This is because he knows that the world is watching him,” the protester added.

The London protest is just one of the many anti-Israeli rallies held recently around the globe, in which people have denounced the deadly Israeli aggression against Gazans.

Israeli warplanes have been pounding numerous sites in the Gaza Strip since July 8, demolishing houses and burying families under the rubble. Israeli forces also began a ground offensive against the impoverished Palestinian land on July 17.
