Moroccan Fashion is an Inspiration for A Leading Brazilian Clothing Brand.

São Paulo – The Brazilian women’s clothing brand Bobstore will sell Moroccan-inspired items in the upcoming warm season. Bobstore has over 60 stores throughout Brazil and has chosen the Arab country as the theme of its new Spring collection. The stores sell the brand’s clothes exclusively.
According to information released by Bobstore, in order to design the collection, the brand took its cue from the Sahara Desert’s landscapes, from the vibrant colours of Morocco’s medinas, i.e. old towns, and from the shapes and features of mosaics, i.e. designs created using fragments from stones and myriad materials, a traditional decorative item in Morocco.

New collection features the colours and breeziness of Morocco.

The prints are a highlight of this season and were inspired by the Moroccan fauna, featuring animal prints (reproductions of animals’ skin patterns) in silk and more casual fabrics. The ethnic designs also include geometrical shapes and mandalas, and some T-shirts feature Moroccan sceneries.

The new Bobstore collection boasts shades of green, blue, orange and yellow in compositions with black and white and citrus colours. The raw materials are various, including leather, silk, denim, neoprene and jacquard. The items feature embroidery and fringes, long dresses, skirts and jumpsuits. The brand also makes accessories with plenty of fringes, stones and embroidered details.

Bobstore was established 17 years ago in São Paulo’s Moema neighbourhood and was acquired approximately two years ago by the Inbrands conglomerate, which owns renowned fashion brands such as Ellus, Salinas, VR Menswear, Alexandre Herchcovitch and Richards. Bobstore owns 23 stores in the state of São Paulo and units in 21 other states in Brazil. The brand focuses on practical, easy to wear, contemporary attire for women.
