According to a news story on the Moroccan economy news outlet Leconomiste, The Moroccan Office for Water and Electricity (ONEE) has reduced its total debts.
As a matter of fact, since the ONEE signed a contract with the Moroccan government, and for the period ranging from last May to late September, the ONEE has paid back 2.73 billion dirhams of debt.
The number includes 400 million dirhams funneled back to SMEs.
