Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan authorities arrested a person who tried to commit a terrorist act using several Molotov cocktails against the Spanish high school “Instituto Español de Enseñanza Secundaria Severo Ochoa” located in the Iberia avenue in Tangier.

According to story shared on today’s edition of the Moroccan daily Akhbar Al Yaoum, “the man who had a dozen of Molotov cocktails was arrested yesterday at around 10:30 am.”

When arrested, local witnesses told the said daily that he kept blaming Spain and that he was talking extensively about the “Wahabi doctrine.”

Akhbar Al Yaoum said that some local witnesses think the man suffers from a mental illness as he was initially praising the “Wahabi doctrine, before lauding it of critics afterwards.

Investigators are trying to understand whether the man behaved as such willingly or if he was pushed by an organization or other elements.

Akhbar Al Yaoum said that the man spoke with a pure Chamali accent (accent of the north people of Morocco).
