Rabat, Morocco(TMT)- The Moroccan Ministry of Health announced this morning that 5 more people have tested positive to the coronavirus in the timeframe between yesterday evening and 9 am this morning.
This brings the official total number of people infected to 49 in Morocco.
The Moroccan Ministry of Health said that two cases were recorded in the city of Agadir (both French tourists), two cases in Casablanca (2 Moroccans living in Spain), and the last case in Meknes (a Moroccan who was visiting Egypt recently).
According to the authorities, the death toll still stands at 2.
Both victims were over the age of 70.
