Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Dr. Mohamed Lyoubi, the head of the epidemiology department at the Moroccan Ministry of Health, and the main figure in Morocco ‘s coronavirus Task Force, struck a negative tone about the fact that many Moroccans do not adhere to social distancing guidelines, which has triggered the number of infections not to wane.

In yesterday’s press conference Lyoubi said: “We are constantly discovering many infection clusters among companies and families, which keeps the infection rate stable, not waning.”

“This does not lead to the results we were expecting,” Lyoubi stressed.

There is ample evidence to suggest what Lyoubi said since many videos circulating on social media platforms document the aforementioned.
