Dakhla, Morocco (TMT)- An important delegation from the American Jewish Committee (AJC) visited Dakhla in the Moroccan Sahara and renewed their support for Morocco’s territorial integrity.
During their official visit, the members of AJC met with several Moroccan officials.
The delegation, led by Jason F. Isaacson, held working sessions with the President of the Regional Council, El Khattat Yanja, to discuss investment opportunities in Dakhla and the Dakhla-Oued Eddahab region.
Isaacson emphasized the American Jewish Committee’s longstanding support for Morocco’s territorial integrity and stated that the Committee has always defended Morocco’s stance. He also noted that the Committee witnessed firsthand the “remarkable” level of development in the region, under the leadership of King Mohammed VI.
