The 20th edition of the MIM – International Textile Exhibition, organized by the Moroccan Association of Textile and Clothing Industries (AMITH) and supported by the Moroccan Agency for the Promotion of Investments and Exports (AMDIE) took place last week in Casablanca, featuring over 120 national and international exhibitors.

Spanning an impressive 8,000 square meters, the exhibition showcased a diverse range of textile enterprises, representing the entire value chain of the Moroccan textile industry, including clothing, accessories, and home textiles.

According to a press release issued by AMITH, the 20th edition of the event attracted an unprecedented number of professional visitors, exceeding 2,300 in total. Among them were 250 international visitors hailing from 22 different countries, such as France, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, the Netherlands, Ireland, the United States, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Russia, China, Turkey, Israel, Tunisia, Algeria, Italy, Greece, and Egypt.

The primary objective for these visitors, as stated in the same press release, was to foster an environment of investment and collaboration. They sought to engage in dynamic discussions and forge partnerships that would contribute to the growth and development of the textile sector in Morocco. By bringing together clients, investors, and Moroccan industrial stakeholders, the exhibition aimed to facilitate productive exchanges and encourage strategic investments in the industry.
