A statement from the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Morocco and Germany signed an agreement of partnership in the field of bio-safety and health safety.
The Moroccan Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms Mbarka Bouaida, stressed that” the launch of this program comes at a time when the bilateral agenda between the two countries witnesses a new momentum, reflecting the will expressed by the Kingdom and Germany, in the Joint Ministerial Declaration of September 13th, 2013, which emphasized the need to explore new areas of common interest, given the existing potentials, the convergence of the views between the two countries, their roles in their respective regions and the challenges they face, including those relating to the bio-safety and health safety,” the statement read.
“Ms. Bouaida stressed that the two countries are called upon to continue consolidating their dialogue, at the bilateral and multilateral levels, on issues related to this partnership program, and explore the prospects of extending this experience, under a tripartite cooperation, with the countries of the African Continent,” the statement closed.
