Hajar Tazi is an undergraduate student in Philosophy and International Relations at Hawaii Pacific University, from which she will graduate in May 2018. Her research interests include human rights, international development, gender studies, and conflict management. She has attended several academic conferences, including the IAFOR that was hosted in Kobe, Japan in October 2017, as well as the HUIC Conference hosted in Honolulu, Hawaii in January 2018. She is currently volunteering as a research assistant on an archival project related to Kurdish Nationalism. After graduation, Hajar is looking to start her PhD in International Relations.
