The United Kingdom’s Prime Minister, David Cameron,  has called on Tuesday for an unconditional and immediate ceasefire in Gaza strip for humanitarian reasons.

David Cameron expressed his outrage about the ongoing Israeli assaults on gaza during a visit to Berkshire. “The images and videos transmitted to us via TV stations are heartbreaking. we all want this to stop,” Cameron was quoted saying.

The British Prime minister called also upon Hamas, the leading political movement in Gaza strip, to stop firing rockets at Israel, as part of the humanitarian ceasefire.

Worth mentioning that the UN general secretary and the US president previously called for the same immediate humanitarian ceasefire, which would be followed by practical negotiations.
