The minister of Equipment, Transport and Logistics, Aziz Rebbah has announced the organisation of the “International Port Finance” Congress in Casablanca on September 15 and 16, 2014.
According to minister Rebbah, “this international congress will allow Morocco to attract more investments to ameliorate the quality of its ports”.
“Large construction firms, international financiers, insurers and investors have confirmed their presence,” Rebbah was quoted saying.
It is worth pointing out that Morocco revealed earlier this year its 2030 ports strategy, in which the country is devoting a budget of 60 Billion MDH to construct new ports and renovate existing ones.
