Benkirane: “We Are Striving to Remedy Shortcomings and Catch up with Developed Countries.”

Benkirane: ” We Are Striving to Remedy Shortcomings and Catch up with Developed Countries.”

During a recent meeting which witnessed the participation of the secretaries-general of the political parties that constitute the current Moroccan government, the Moroccan head of government, Abdelillah Benkirane, said that the cabinet “is striving to remedy shortcomings and catch up with developed countries, adding that the subsidy fund reform is on the right track by saving 20 billion dirhams over the past three years,” Maghreb Agency Press reported.

Benkirane also “reaffirmed the government’s determination to carry out structural reforms on draft laws relating to the justice system, elections and pension, in a spirit of responsibility and a sense of patriotism through dialogue and a participatory approach,” the aforementioned source added.
