Moroccan player Mehdi Mfadal of Shabab Rif Al Hoceimi took off his short after netting for his team (video underneath), before being alerted to the fact he was in an offside position.
The event was caught live on Morocco’s Arriyadiya Chanel as well as Al Maghribia.
It is highly probable that the player will be banned for 3 games by Morocco’s Professional League Discipline Committee, or at the very least receive a fine.
