Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan authorities said that eleven sub-Saharan migrants drowned yesterday after a makeshift boat capsized around 140 kms south of Boujdour, in what appears was due to bad weather.
The authorities launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the shipwreck.
The local authorities of Laayoune Boujdour said that the death toll stands right now at 11 and included a woman.
