The French giant real estate company “Bouygues Immobilier” has expanded in Morocco.
Eric Mazoyer, Deputy CEO of Bouygues Immobilier, said the following during a press conference in Casablanca: “Our first project in Morocco will take place in the heart of Casablanca as it is situated within Casa Anfa.”
“Through this project in Casa Anfa, Bouygues Immobilier Morocco is the fifth installation of Bouygues Immobilier international. It is the foundation of a lasting presence in Morocco in a market where real estate becomes increasingly ambitious,” he added.
“In addition to that, Morocco is a door for us to the African contient ,”added Mr. Mazoyer.
Also, François Bertière, CEO of Bouygues Immobilier, said in a press release that the French promoter is “very happy to participate in the emergence of the new urban face of Casablanca and that this first project reflects its will to foothold in the country, offering a quality in line with the needs of the customers. “
