The Minister of Energy, Mines, Water and Environment, Mr. Abdelkader Amara, called upon Japan to further its renewable energies’ investments in Morocco.
During his talks with the president of the Japanese Association for African Economics Development (AFRECO), Mr. Amara said that “Morocco is interested in more Japanese investments within an enlarged African-Japanese cooperation”.
On his par, Mr. Tetsuro Yano, the president of the AFRECO, said that Japan is satisfied by its “historical ties” with Morocco, before adding that a Moroccan-Japanese investments agreement is being finalized.
