Morocco won recently 26 places in Mc-Kinsey Global Institute ranking of the most connected economies to the global market, Leconomiste reported.

As a matter of fact, Morocco moved from the 79th to the 53rd position in the ranking, for the period from 1995 to 2012.

According to said source, Morocco was ranked only second to Mauritius, which witnessed the fastest growth in the world.

In a recent report entitled “Global flows in a digital age: How trade, finance, people, and data connect the world economy,” Mc-Kinsey Global Institute concluded that the Moroccan economy is becoming more closely connected to the global market.
