17-Year-Old “Tcharmil” Element Re-incarcerated Only 1 Week After His Release From Jail

The Moroccan daily Assabah said that only few days after the release from jail of a “Tcharmil” element, on the sidelines of the Ministry of Justice and Freedoms announcing on the eve of the Eid-El-Fiter that King Mohammed VI granted a royal pardon to 13,218 individuals convicted by different Moroccan courts throughout the kingdom, the 17-year-old teen was re-incarcerated following 17 new complaints, received by the Moroccan authorities right after his release from jail.

According to said source, the 17-year-old used to attack his victims using a saber, after taking Karkoubi drugs.

His strategy was to ask his victims for change, which most of them did as the culprit used to “ask” them to do so in a scary way. And then, as soon as his victims put their hands in their purse or in their pockets to get him some Dirhams, the culprit seizes the occasion to stab them and steal their belongings.

His last victim was a young man, whom the culprit stabbed severely in his stomach, until the one “could see his intestines,” Assabah reported.

The “Tcharmil” element was re-incarcerated in a jail for youth in Casablanca.

He will be brought to court really soon to be sentenced for his crimes.
