Though and Aid was sent last Wednesday to the municipalities of Imoulas, Imylmays, Tafraouten and Talmakout following the violent storms that hit last Tuesday afternoon the province of Taroudant and left the region succumb to a heavy flooding, some towns are still isolated and could not be reached yet for aid, local media reports said.
Following the flooding, the death toll is at two. A lot of damage to the roads and to houses was also reported, including the collapse of some houses.
A delegation headed by the Governor of Taroudant moved to the scenes to oversee, comfort and distribute aid to the locals.
