Al Massae Daily: “Former PJD Member Joined ISIS”

The Moroccan Daily Al Massae said in its weekend edition that a former PJD member is now fighting with the terrorist organization ISIS.

The daily said that the man in question used to live in Moulay Yacoub and that he has an amputated leg since his childhood, before adding that the former PJD member holds two graduate degrees.

The daily added that the man “published on his Facebook page a picture of him posing, gun in hand, in front of an armored vehicle.”

On his twitter account, the daily reported him tweeting that he is now “a soldier of the Islamic state established in Mosul.”

Al Ittihad Al Ishtiraki reported the same piece of news adding that the Moroccan authorities “are trying to trace back the link that allowed him to leave Morocco and reach the ISIS headquarters,” especially that the man has an amputated leg.

The daily referred to the man in question as Y.A.
