Morocco Strongly Condemns the Last Terrorist Attack In Egypt

Following the terrorist attack perpetrated last Friday in Egypt, Morocco has condemned this heinous act which left 26 Egyptian troops dead when a car bomb rammed a checkpoint in.

A statement from the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs read that “the Kingdom of Morocco strongly condemns this despicable act which goes against the tolerant teachings of Islam and which represents a flagrant violation of the universal human and moral values that defend the right of humans to life.”

“The Kingdom of Morocco presents its sincere condolences and compassion to the Egyptian Government and people and to the families of the victims and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured.

“Morocco, which expresses its solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt and its condemnation of all terrorist acts that threaten it, condemns all acts of terrorism and reiterates its rejection of violence and terrorism in all its forms.

“Morocco also stresses the importance of intensifying international efforts to fight against the despicable scourge of terrorism and of working, with determination, to face this dangerous phenomenon that threatens international security and peace,” the statement closed.
