Casablanca, Morocco (TMT)- The fight against drugs smuggling is in its full swing at the Mohammed V airport of Casablanca. During the last years, cocaine seizures became more and more frequent, if not on a daily basis.
Last Thursday, the Moroccan authorities of airport Mohammed V were able to arrest a Sub-Saharan citizen who concealed 1 kg (84capsules) of cocaine in her stomach.
The authorities smelled the rat when the remarked that the Guinean woman looked quite disconcerted, which lead them to investigate her.
After she was subject to a scanner, the authorities witnessed strange bodies inside her stomach, which lead the woman to acknowledge that she was smuggling cocaine.
The suspect was placed into custody.
