Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The Moroccan authorities have started arresting people who do not observe the state of health emergency measures, leaving their houses without any valid reason.
The video underneath documents a case where people have been arrested.
Towards the end of the video, an authority officer is seen slapping a mentally disabled man in his face.
Though this act is regrettable and should not have taken place, nobody knows if the authority agent was not aware of the mental sickness of the man and acted thinking the man was drunk.
