Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- The African Union said in a press statement that the coronavirus has spread to 43 African countries, with a total of officially confirmed 2412 positive cases across the continent.

South Africa has the most cases of infection, followed by Egypt, Algeria, and then Morocco.
