Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Concerns from various local human rights organizations have been echoed and expressed on various social media platforms following the death of a 29-year-old in the city of Fqih Ben Saleh.

The man committed suicide by hanging himself, according to his family members.

His family members say they can’t fathom his rationale behind committing suicide.

Nevertheless, some neighbors said the man may have committed suicide as he was often bullied by members of his family.

They believe that bullying during the ongoing quarantine period has increased.

The authorities have opened an investigation and have disputed, for the time being, the neighbors’ version, further stressing that the results of the investigation will reveal the real reason behind the young man committing such a hideous act.
