Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Morocco’s nationwide coronavirus curfew, referred to as “state of health emergency” by the authorities, will be extended until at least May 20, Morocco’s head of government Saadedine El Othmani said a few minutes ago.

No change has been made regarding the anti-coronavirus measures taken amid the spread of the pandemic in the country.

This comes amid the start of the month of Ramadan, which Muslims around the world will observe starting from next week, for 29 or 30 days, depending on when the next crescent moon is sighted.
