COVID-19 pandemic in Morocco under control: Minister of Health

Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- In an interview given to state TV channel 2M, the Moroccan Minister of Health Khalid Ait Taleb has yet again stressed that the COVID-19 pandemic situation in Morocco is under control.”

“The novel coronavirus pandemic situation in Morocco is under control thanks to many factors,” Ait Taleb said.

“It is under control thanks to the adopted quarantine measures, including medications prescribed (chloroquine), and the compulsory wearing of face masks,” Ait Taleb stressed.

Ait Taleb noted that “the awareness level showcased by the Moroccan people also contributed to controlling the epidemic.”
