Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- Naïma Fettahoui, a member of the parliamentary group for Justice and Development, has called for the inclusion of Arabic and Amazigh languages in road signs.

Fettahoui made this call during a meeting of the Committee on Basic Infrastructure, Energy, Minerals, and Environment, which was attended by the Minister of Transport and Logistics.

She argued that the exclusion of these languages in road signage is no longer acceptable, especially after the adoption of the Amazigh New Year as an official holiday in Morocco.
