RABAT-Al Istiqlal Parliamentary representative Hicham SAANANE has called on Nizar Baraka, the Minister of Equipment and Water, to expand and enhance Morocco’s port network in order to fulfill its designated economic role.
Saanan, who belongs to the same political party as the Ministeer, stated the following: “Your Excellency, it is clear that ports play a crucial role in rejuvenating economic and social life. This necessitates the expansion and development of the port network from various logistical and organizational aspects so that it can perform its economic function as required.”
SAANANE further noted: “Does the Ministry have a specific strategy to implement future port projects in order to fulfill its designated role and contribute to the desired economic and social development of Morocco?”
