In an emotionally charged gesture of solidarity, Raja Club Athletic, has gifted an apartment to the bereaved family of Nora Zoubair, a fan who tragically lost her life during an African Champions League quarter-final match against Egypt’s Al-Ahly.

Nora was remembered fondly by the club and its supporters. In the wake of this tragic event, the management of Raja Club Athletic, led by the “Raja Foundation,” announced their decision to provide Noura’s mother and sister with an apartment in the city of Mohammedia.

The Raja Foundation, the charitable arm of the football club, is dedicated to upholding the values of sportsmanship, humanitarianism, and social responsibility. In line with these principles, this gesture was made to extend support to the bereaved family.

The entire Raja family mourns this loss. We hope this small gesture will provide some relief during their time of bereavement.”

Fans across the nation have applauded the management’s actions, seeing it as an embodiment of the true spirit of football – a sport that goes beyond the field, fostering a strong sense of community, compassion, and shared grief.
