Recent rumors circulating on social media, regarding the pricing of apartments within the Mohammed VI Tower, have been categorically denied by a reliable source inside O’Tower, the entity responsible for the tower’s construction.

Rumors had propagated through various social media platforms suggesting that the apartments within the tower would be sold at a staggering price of 140,000 Moroccan Dirhams per square meter. The representative from O’Tower unequivocally debunked these claims, stating that the marketing process for the apartments has not yet commenced and prices have not been defined. The representative emphasized that the aforementioned price figure is incorrect, thereby allaying fears and speculation.

Further spotlight was cast on the Moroccan company “Kitea,” which has been awarded the contract to furnish the high-rise. Kitea, known for its home and office furnishing solutions, is expected to bring a touch of local flavor to the international aesthetic of the Mohammed VI Tower.

The project, a part of the O’Capital Group’s portfolio, which owns the Bank of Africa and is owned by billionaire Othman Benjelloun, represents an audacious vision. With an estimated construction cost of 4 billion Dirhams, the Mohammed VI Tower is set to be one of the tallest structures in Africa.
