Last Thursday evening, police units in the Al Rahma district of Casablanca managed to arrest four homeless individuals, aged between 36 and 63, on suspicion of their involvement in a case related to assault and injury leading to death.
A judicial investigation was launched by the Casablanca security authorities following the discovery of a body in a vacant area of the Al Rahma neighbourhood. The deceased, too, was living a homeless life. The investigation and inquiries concluded with the identification and apprehension of the suspects within a short span of time.
The suspects are currently in police custody, with the competent public prosecutor’s office overseeing the judicial investigation. The aim is to uncover all the circumstances and details of this case and to identify the actual reasons behind the commission of this crime.
