On April 18th, a suspect was arrested in Béni-Mellal under suspicion of luring and sexual assault charges against minors.
The arrest was carried out by the security brigade in charge of protecting educational institutions.
The investigation was initiated following the complaints lodged by parents of victims aged between 8 to 10 years old.
The suspected person has been held under judicial custody as the investigation continues under the supervision of the relevant public prosecutor’s office to reveal the complete details and motivations behind these criminal acts.
