The Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara announced on Friday night a “sooner  trip to Morocco to express his thanks to his friend and brother King Mohammed VI for his great and sincere concerns about the state of Ivory Cost and Outtara’s health”.

The Head of the Ivorian government made ​​this statement during the charity dinner gala at “Mother and Child”  Hospital of Bingerville, organized by the First Ivorian Lady, Dominique Ouattara, and her “Children of Africa”  Foundation, in the presence of Princess Lalla Salma , wife of the King of Morocco that was the guest of honor, and several world leaders in the fields of music, film, sport …

During his business visit to Ivory Cost in February, Mohamed VI extended his stay to “welcome” the Ivorian president who was returning from a one month medical stay in France, where he had an operation for a sciatica .

The fact that president Outtara was welcomed in his country by king Mohamed VI, was considered by various national and international political analysts  as a significant sign of the strong ties that relate not only the two states, but more importantly the two leaders.
