According to the Moroccan economy news outlet Leconomiste, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) plans to invest in the horizon 2024 around $ 120 billion in Morocco.
The said source added that this huge investment will mainly concern the agriculture, tourism, real estate, construction and energy fields.
Leconomiste further noted that the GCC invested in the past 10 years only $ 5 billion in Morocco.
The upcoming investment amount will represent a 600% increase in the GCC’s investment in the country.
