Rabat, Morocco (TMT)- A pregnant woman has set herself on fire in the vicinity of Kenitra’s central train station.
The sad event occurred today around midday.
According to early reports, the woman intentionally set herself ablaze after dousing her clothes and body.
The rational behind the woman setting herself on fire is not yet known.
According to local sources, the woman used to reside in Salé.
Moroccan officials said the woman passed away few minutes after she set herself alight.
The fire was out before firefighters and police arrived.
An ambulance took the victim’s body to a local mortuary.
