Casablanca, Morocco (TMT)- Hundreds of people in Casablanca gathered to attend the funeral prayer of a young man, completely defying the state of health emergency measures taken by the authorities.
Following the emergence of a video documenting the aforementioned (featured video), the Moroccan Ministry of Interior suspended the head of the administrative district Ain chock for “dereliction of duties.”
The video triggered a wave of outrage in Morocco.
The young man was killed following a quarrel in the same district.
